DACSSA Installs New Database

CRM-CTT open source database works for DACSSA.

DACSSA has recently installed a new database to record inquiries made and to manage complaints that DACSSA is handling.

The database was installed by Dr Michael Baker, an independent consultant, and is based on the open source Customer Relationship Management and Customer Tracking Tool (CRM-CTT).

The new database will improve the service we are able to offer our customers.
